Anna Cheshire Levitan

President + Founder

Anna Cheshire Levitan has led the agency to become an industry leader in asset production for luxury hospitality properties and real estate development companies. She is actively engaged as Executive Producer in 5th Street East productions across the country for signature properties.

A former Executive Editor and Style Editor-at-Large for New York-based Niche Media, Cheshire Levitan produced content, including interviews and photoshoots, for the world’s most-renowned entertainers and corporate leaders, including the late Lee Iacocca, Evelyn Lauder and Oscar de la Renta; HRH Princess Caroline of Monaco, Leonardo Ferragamo and actors Morgan Freeman, Forest Whitaker and Téa Leoni.

A native of St. Simons Island, Georgia, Anna Cheshire Levitan is a former ballet dancer and an honor graduate of Agnes Scott College.

When not traveling between productions, Anna and her husband Richard Levitan, split their time between the Georgia coast and a renovated farmhouse in rural Vermont. They have two children, Hunter Levitan and Joe Levitan.

The Levitans are actively involved in ending distracted driving through the national non-profit TextLess Live More.

Devon K. Lee

Director of Photography + Senior Editor

Devon Kenneth Lee is 5th Street East’s Director of Photography + Editor based in Los Angeles. With a career beginning in stop motion animation, Devon eventually gravitated towards live action filmmaking.

Devon brings over twenty years of experience behind the camera and editing various content. This has led him all over the world, producing a wide range of work from shorts and feature films to web series, music videos, commercials, corporate videos, live events and documentaries.

Pétur Magnússon

Cinematographer

5th Street East Cinematographer Pétur Magnússon was born in Iceland and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. A self-taught Cinematographer, Filmmaker, and Photographer who has been recording images since he was 4 years old, Pétur’s work spans from commercials and music videos to documentaries and a feature film with more in the works.

Pétur has filmed in over 20 states and internationally in Iceland and Romania. He has lived and operated out of Los Angeles since 2012, splitting his time between there and his native Iceland.

5th Street East assembles the finest team visual artisans and production crews according to the needs, complexities and locations for each project.
